For those wishing to search for a roommate to share a room at the conference hotel please note the following:

·        Only Conference Registrants will be placed on the list.

·        Only your first name, e-mail, gender, and a brief message from you will be listed.

·        The list will only be exchanged with others on the list.

·        An e-mail will be sent to you each time the list is updated.

·        It is up to you to make contact with those on the list.

·        It is your decision if anyone will be a suitable roommate.
