Limited Partial Conference Registration Scholarships

A limited number of partial scholarships for conference registrations are available to assist those in need of financial aid to attend the Conference. Click here to submit a Scholarship Request form.

Cancellation Policy

Written cancellations received by October 31, 2009 will receive a refund or credit less a $40 processing fee per conference registration. There will be no refunds or credits issued for cancellations received after October 31, 2009. Substitutions will be accepted.
