Conference Registration includes access to all sessions, networking, exhibits, an Ice-Cream Social, two breakfasts, a refreshment break, and lunch on Sunday.

Partial Conference Registration Scholarships
A limited number of partial conference registration scholarships are available to assist those in need of financial aid to attend the conference. These scholarships are available to help reduce the cost of the conference registration only. All other expenses including the remaining balance of the conference registration are the responsibility of the registrant. - Currently no longer available. - If interested, please call as some unused scholarships may have been returned to the system.
Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations received by October 31, 2009 will receive a refund or credit less a $40 processing fee per conference registration. There will be no refunds or credits issued for cancellations received after October 31, 2009. Substitutions will be accepted.
