A separate registration form must be made out for each registrant.

Conference Registration includes access to all sessions, networking, exhibits, and meal functions listed in the conference program.  

Proof of full-time student status may be requested at admission.

Written cancellations received by October 1, 2010 will receive a refund or credit less a $40 processing fee per conference registration. There will be no refunds or credits issued for cancellations received after October 1, 2010. No exceptions. Substitutions will be accepted.
